1910-May-05: "Martha" and sister Essie Leach mentioned in a school report in a newspaper with their grades.  A "Mabel Leach" is also mentioned, who might have been a cousin.  The Weekly Advance, Kemptville, Ontario.
1913-May-01: May died from tuberculosis on her father's homestead at NE-27-24-29-W3, R.M. Chesterfield No. 261, Saskatchewan, Canada.  1.5 km northeast of Mayfield Cemetery, 13.5 km north of Empress, Alberta.  Saskatchewan Death Register #1820 (1913).

Her father Zach buried her at the northern end of his homestead at NE-27-24-29-W3.  Zach & his neighbours then decided to create a cemetery there, and it would become the Mayfield Cemetery.  See the page for the History of Mayfield Cemetery.
